White House clarifies Trump-Putin transcript discrepancy

The White House has clarified how the official transcript from the Trump-Putin Helsinki summit omitted a portion of a question asked by a Reuters reporter, saying the discrepancy was caused by a technical glitch and "was by no means malicious." CNN's Alisyn Camerota and John Berman report.
