Former President Donald Trump took shots at Vice President Kamala Harris and his own legal troubles, drawing some laughs from the crowd at the Al Smith charity dinner. Harris had decided last month to skip the storied Catholic fundraiser, which has traditionally featured light roasts by the two major-party nominees in presidential election years.
